Our Team
Steven R. Creech has spent more than two decades helping individuals and families navigate Medicare and insurance decisions with clarity and confidence. He began his insurance career in 2001 and has built his work around personal service, trusted guidance, and making complicated choices easier to understand.
At The Covenant Group Insurance and Financial Services, Stephen focuses on helping clients understand their options in Medicare, life insurance, and final expense coverage. He is passionate about giving people straightforward answers, treating every client with respect, and helping them feel supported every step of the way.
Jada W. Creech brings a strong background in both healthcare and client care to her work at The Covenant Group Insurance and Financial Services. After spending nearly 30 years in the medical field as a nurse and administrator, she joined the agency in 2011 and has been helping clients understand their Medicare and insurance options ever since.
Jada is known for her compassionate approach, attention to detail, and heart for serving others. She helps clients feel informed, comfortable, and cared for as they make important decisions about Medicare, life insurance, and final expense coverage.
Following the footsteps of his dad and his uncle, Rob joined American General Life and Accident in 1986 as a life insurance agent. After a successful tenure as an agent, a staff manager, a general manager, and a field training supervisor at AGLA, Rob went out on his own as an independent insurance agent in 2001. He joined The Covenant Group in 2010, primarily serving the Hamilton County and North Georgia communities.
Rob is a sports enthusiast, has devoted countless hours to local high school athletic programs and is Ringgold Rob on the local television program “Stump on Sports.”
